According to clerk Spencer Voller, of New Berlin, Jackson had trespassed at the motel before and he said he had been warned about her, the television station reported. Voller said when he saw Jackson making waffles, he confronted her at the breakfast bar.
The conversation escalated, and as Voller escorted Jackson out of the breakfast bar, she allegedly shoved him and threw an apple, which struck the employee in the forehead, the television station reported. On June 21, Jackson was arrested at the Courtyard by Marriott in Brookfield, according to court records. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Voller said the most recent incident could have been avoided. If she would've just been polite about it, I probably would've let her walk out with some food, you know, for free, just to make things go more smoothly," Voller told WISN.
